Lads I have always been curious on 'why do people hate Tipperary? Is it because of the fans or the supporters or is the perceived 'arrogance'? Can any Tipp lad enlighten me? I've noticed on a lot of posts most people want us to be beaten heavily in the final, is it other counties being bitter or whatever?

Good man lowerormond you hit the nail on the head. Not to worry he'll be back to school next week. What do ye reckon of putting Noel on Hickey lads?

On HS thurlesblues has a lot to do with.

Outside of that tipp boarders on nearly all of top hurling counties bar wexford, dublin and antrim so you going to have a neighbourly rivilary.... also it has to do with arrogance from tipp fans I've seen a fair bit of it over the years I think it was at it's height around the late 80's early 90's but I don't think it's as bad now... You'll always have bad apples in every county.... I posted a thread around last year asking why people don't like tipp and the majority of responses didn't point to hatrid especially outside of the traditional hurling counties....

What ever people say one thing can be said for tipp people we always give the team good support!!

I'm not sure if they should I think noel needs a bit of space to play his best Not sure he'll get that in full-forward (too confined) especially on hickey.... uunless he tries to drag him out the field a bit.

I would like to see them try it, I don't know why, but I have a feeling that hickey could be exploited, Galway played into their hands by leaving 2 on Canning inside, I just think Noel would be the man to do it, however I have asked a few people and it seems I am the only one. I think Bonnar is the man for Walsh too, I think he might spoil him, I guess we'll find out Sun.

You could be right if he plays like he did against waterford he'd do well on anyone question is were will he do most damage, it could well be full forward but the way he's scoring from long range this year he'd be an asset futher out the field.... Hopefully Sheedy knows the answear.
