Newly promoted sides seem to do reasonably well once they escape the junior ranks

It will be tight to call. Going on semi final score lines Moate seemed very impressive against Miltownpass who were probably most people's favourites to win out the championship. Tang had a tough game and needed extra time to overcome Malachys who have had a good solid championship up to that. Don't rule out a draw here.

Hard to call should be a good match Tang might shade it.

Definitely a game Tang left behind them. The sending off at the start of the second half was a huge turning point. Tang were 5 points up and in control at that stage and Moate were just able to drag their way back into it with the extra man. As soon as Moate got the goal with less than 10 minutes left it seemed to deflate Tang and they were just left with too much to do. Moate closed the game out impressively holding on to possession. Forde when he got into it in the second half was very dangerous up front and would be a good addition to the senior county panel if given the opportunity.
