Fair play to Keith Rossiter. One of the best players for Wexford over the last 15 years. Played well on many days when things weren't going well for the team. Unfortunate that he's finished at just 31.

He soldiered through some very barren times for us and got little in return. Fair play Keith, leave with your head held high.

He owe's the jersey nothing, has given fantastic service to oulart and wexford, but im still disappointed to see him go, definitely felt he had another year or 2 in the tank and would still be a certain starter this year, hopefully some of the young guns can take up the mantle now and i think there good enough to do that. to me rossiter and darragh ryan were the best 2 defenders we've produced sense the 96 team, i know he got married over xmas so i imagine that was a factor aswel, thanks for everything keith

we've now lost 2 serious backs. I don't know if any of you heard but the rumour mill is in full throttle about the circumstances of his retirement.

No, haven't heard these rumours as of yet? What's being said now?

Always admired the way he played the game. Very wholehearted. Saw him make life difficult for Joe Canning one year down in Nowlan Park. Mind you all my missus could talk about afterwards was Wexford No. 3's 'lovely tanned legs'
