Ahh no. Forget about football, that's an awful injury and not an easy one to come back from. Many don't come back from that, certainly not to the level they were at before.

Mick, what should the team be for Sunday? How should we set about trying to win the game?

Give the young lads games, no harm to start a bit of a rebuild now with a view to bouncing straight back from division 3 next year

Luke Loughlin has left the panel apparently.
No harm giving the gane against Cork a go. Loosen the shackles and play a bit of attacking football.

Strongest possible team I expect. I just don't think that the team has a winning mentality. That is 5 straight defeats. Not easy to change that mindset. So he will pick his best available team

I'd be confident of taking Cork this weekend, even if it is in their backyard. I know a few posters here have been negative about the few games but I think the footballs been a lot more organised under Jack than it has been in a long long time. Narrow defeat against our mortal enemies on their turf, 3pt defeat against the All Ireland finalists and how we didnt score a goal against Down is beyond me, awful in the first half but could have battered them in the second. Not saying things are perfect, we should have put Meath away and Mayo were understrength but for the first time in a while it looks like we have a system that works, Ive been happy watching them. Main criticism from me is the delay and lack of using the bench, Fola/ Gardiner/McDaniel/McCormack/Kelly, theyre not bad footballers, give them game time. Gardiner in particular has always been impressive I think when hes come in, I must be missing something!

There's no Alex Gardiner, Conor McCormack or Callum on the panel. Unfortunately I think. It's a big commitment when getting limited or no game time. We're also missing Luke Loughlin apparently and Kieran Martin for the rest of 2021. Brandon Kelly was injured recently and unlikely to feature tomorrow. Our reliance on Heslin, Egan and O' Toole has increased. Obviously our panel strength is severely tested as these are all forwards. Lorcan Dolan and Darren Giles likely to feature tomorrow, Giles possibly will start or even both.

Impressive display in Cork. Disappointing to be relegated to Div 3 after four losses but we did play well against decent opposition in three of the matches. Could be worse, look at Cavan, Division 4!

I don't care how good his keyboard skills are. Why are you bringing Luke's IT literacy into this ?
