Fair play to the lads after today's performance. An all round terrific performance. 2 o'sheas again were powerhouses. Parsons continued his great year and in line fo0r an all-star. Even though cillians shooting was slightly off he should for ball and made plenty of space. Doc was brilliant and mcgloughlin was back to his best. Keegan was unplayable. Only downside was Keane at the end. Harsh but he should off known better. I'm presuming it was over 2012.

Ahem there was a comment about playing the likes of Tom Parsons in fullback and other comments saying people know nothing about football, what happened yesterday, Mayo put a big midfielder Barry Moran into a sweeper role helping the fullback line and cleaned up, the original idea wasn't far wrong

If Horan did that with a midfielder last year against Kerry we be defending all Ireland champions now

What did Murphy the lump say to Kevin I wonder about 2012 no doubt?. If Keane was going to pat him on the cheek and get sent off for it he might as well have floored him. The same sentence would apply anyway.

After the debacle of Monaghan/Tyrone what a breath of fresh air it was to watch Mayo play football as it should be played.Ye are well capable of beating any team. I hope, pray and really believe ye will have Sam in Belmullet in September.

Good luck.

riverboys - Ger Cafferkey played fullback yesterday (as expected). Barry played as a sweeper and many people have suggested we should use a sweeper. This is totally different to playing full back. Playing Parsons or Barry full back is just not going to happen, unless there is a serious injury crisis.

Great win and well done to the team and management.

well done to all in Mayo, great performance against a tired Donegal team. With Aidan O'Shea at full forward, you may finally have what it takes to get over the line.

Here's an article on the match and Donegal's 2015, which is more positive than people believe.

Hope you can go on and beat the dubs and finally life Sam after all this time.

Rumours abound that 1 or 2 lads were left off the panel with a few new lads brought in, I don't want to rock the boat but is this true

I think its fair to say Galway have been Mayo's biggest test to date.

No Riverboys, you have heard a local rumour. The ones in question were not named on the 26 but are still part of the 32 that have always been there.
