Killarney was decked out purely for the Ring of Kerry cycle and the Munster Final. If those two events were not on I can guarantee you that Killarney would be lacking colour like any other town in Kerry. Cute_Kerry_Hoor (Kerry) - Posts: 2518 - 17/07/2013 12:06:45 1434272 Link 0 |

lads basically we are spoilt....we take a bit of success or even a provincial title for granted, if Leitrim or London won Connacht or Louth won leinster they would celebrate for a month.... but yes I agree with you my flag is flying high outside my house where I erected a special steel flag pole holder....I see C:K:H's comments and he is quite correct.... I've the flag flying high outside the house too as well as the usual bits and bobs on the car. Unfortunately you won't see any colour displayed unless we reach an All-Ireland Final. Horse is right, we were spoiled the last 15 years or so, and the novelty of winning wore off. The County Board offices should be leading by example anyway.
