What exactly happened horse? Tv cameras didn't seem to pick it up, but TT reckons it was only a coming together.

He was being pulled and dragged but he threw back the elbow, you can make an argument for both being honest if we go by the letter of the law he threw the elbow but that's being cold and harsh, it would be real hard luck to miss an all ireland club for it. Big boost for Crokes. He is a massive player for them. Also good for the neutral because you want to see the best teams with all their best players playing going at it.

What would a Tralee man know about hurling!!! Only time I've seen lads in town with them is when their fighting over a snack box outside Viva Burg on Saturday :D TheHermit (Kerry) - Posts: 5927 - 28/02/2019 21:26:34 2168992 Link 5 |
Right decision, saw that new footage from behind the goal nothing in it at all to deserve a red or a suspension.

Lads someone had a video of Colin Corkery's best bits posted up there on FB, Jesus what an animal he was and some left boot to match! What was the match he bawled O'Se or was it Moynihan out of it with that shoulder as he went straight on goal. TheHermit (Kerry) - Posts: 5927 - 28/02/2019 22:47:42 2169019 Link 4 |
Hermit we sure know zilch about hurling in tralee but by god we produce some footballers and still are. There is no north kerry man on the kerry team traleegerry (Kerry) - Posts: 653 - 01/03/2019 06:43:40 2169040 Link 2 |
Corkery was an animal alright and I believe he was a probably still is a diabetic, supposedly he'd have to have a mars bar a bag of taytos and a bottle of coke at half time during games. I don't know was that before or after he retired. But a Savage footballer. KingdomBoy1 (Kerry) - Posts: 12171 - 01/03/2019 07:48:32 2169042 Link 3 |
Touche Gerry, touche! However Shane Enright did himself no harm last Sunday. Anyway I jest, sure didn't Tralee Parnells end my own club Crotta's reign as double minor county champions last summer! And they're after announcing this year that they'll contest the U-21 championship. Plus they are also going to field an adult team at intermediate level. Give it a couple of years and I'm sure they'll join the senior ranks and since the demise of Kenmare and Kilgarvan at that level we could do with another team beside the usual North Kerry crew. A very entertaining corn ui mhuiri final replay in Austin Stack Park today with PCD coming out on top. Cathal O'Beagloaich and particularly Ruairi O'Beaglaoich were outstanding for the victors. The latter really showed his class finishing with 2-7 to his name and was the deciding factor as the sem couldn't get a handle on him. The Sem will be disappointed as the 3 goals PCD scored were all avoidable. Paul O'Shea didn't live up to his own lofty standards and ended up being sent off for a second yellow near the end of the game. Patrick Darcy, Michael Lenihan and M Cooper were their only players who got put their hand up and say they had a good game. Hopefully PCD can go all the way now! Ya it was a great game of football considering the conditions Kerry15 and if we get as good a game today from Kerry and Monaghan il be happy . The 2 o'beaglaoichs were outstanding as was o'flanurra and Uossis in goal, it was strange to see fitzmaurice so animated on the sideline he was like a corpse when he was over kerry. I expected more from Paul O'shea to be honest but maybe he just had a bad day, he's a great player when on song. I saw joe brolly had a clip of a U15 schools game between magheragh and another team from the north where the game ended 2 points to 1 that was disgraceful carry on, that coach and coaching team should be ashamed of them selves and should never again be allowed to coach any team.
