any idea how ticket sales are going for sunday match

It's also looking like James Breen will also be unavailable, just read in the examiner that he played the Cork game while suffering from viral meningitis and was hospitalised all weekend. Wishing him a speedy recovery, that's a serious illness. Not sure if I would risk Liam Ryan starting, hasn't hurled in over 7 weeks, maybe he could play a part in coming off the bench. We're certainly not getting any rub of the green when it comes it injuries or illnesses, but you've got a group of committed lads there who really want to hurl for Wexford. Hopefully we can get a solid team performance on Sunday - if we're close to them at half time on Sunday I think we can do it.

I got an Ardain Ui Riain ticket off the 'net yesterday and they seemed to be available for all parts of the field then.

As Sunday creeps closer the less confident I feel with all these injuries. Can't imagine how frustrated the management feel. What is our team likely to be at this stage with Doran and m Breen out?Maybe it's good we are going on within a low key build up keeps up and we always seem produce big performances when least is expected of us. How are ticket sales going in the park?

I'd imagine Andrew kenny and harry kehoe will be direct replacements for Doran and Breen, doesn't sound like Ryan or Nolan have 70 mins in them,I'd wouldn't be confident either with all the injuries, such as pity if we were picking from or near a full hand I wouldn't fear anyone outside of Kilkenny or Tipperary

Yeah hard to see Liam Ryan starting listening to the latest reports. Think the management will give him every chance up until the last minute though if he can play it would be an massive boost I think Aidan Nolan might have a chance he was back training the week of the Cork game so has 3 weeks training under his belt. I would start him if he has maybe 40-50 minutes in him and then bring on Harry who always plays better coming off the bench

Lads let's be realistic here, missing so many of our top players, isn't it just great that we're there again at this time of the year. Waterford have to be red hot favourites with a full team to pick from. Wouldn't it be SOME achievement to get over the line on Sunday. If we give a decent account of ourselves on Sunday I'll be a happy man leaving Thurles. As supporters we've just got to keep our expectations in check.

Missing over a third of our team, Waterford rightly hot favourites. As a Wexford man you just gotta love them odds.

All rational thinking would point to Waterford beating us. But then again same could be said for the cork match. I taught we would beat cork and i have a feeling we ain't done just yet. Waterford wont fear us but we should in no way fear them either. I just have this idea in my head that if you limit the frees of Waterford they are not a team that will rack up 16 to 17 points from play.

To be fair we put in an excellent defensive shift the last day conceded very few frees. Is the team being named tonight?

The Gaa must lower ticket prices or attendances will continue to fall rapidly.

It's a very poor turn out if that's the case 3 games for €30 isn't to bad €25 would have been perfect... I've a spare ticket the last two days and can't even get rid of it....The problem to is when you have to pay €20 for one game that's terrible there might be no bloody recession up in Dublin but it's still ongoing down this way...

Prices is a big factor but another and it's not their fault is I think people have this idea that it's definitely going to be a tipp kk final and think what's the point, people from all 4 counties have this idea if they win on Sunday we're just going to get beat in the semi final,as I said it's not the fault of tipp or kk

Another factor is the venue if our game was in Kilkenny and Galway Clare in limerick you might get 20,000 at each

In 2013 when Kilkenny were out both semi finals attracted over 60,000 for example
