New Senior football manager from Ulster required?

Fans after two years still down in Div2 and out of the championship yet again is it not time to have a serious look at the quality and pedigree sought of the next new manager? On a side point no Kerry person should get the job as there would or could be a conflict in Munster. No Clare person should get it unless one of the 1992 team gets it that deserves it. After that is it not fair to say that fans should be looking for a new manager who hails from the North with a passion and never say die attitude to win at nearly all costs. Names that come to my mind who maybe suited to getting the passion out of Clare would be Pete Mc Grath (Down), Brian Mc Eniff (Donegal), Joe Brolly (Derry), Martin Mc Hugh (Donegal), Anthony Tohill (Derry) or someone like that who would not talk but just get the team to perform. Clare needs a manager who will call it bluntly and take no crap or ill discipline. IF THAT FAILS AT LEAST ALL CLARE KNOWS ONCE AND FOR ALL THAT THERE IS NO QUALITY FOOTBALLERS IN CLARE. IF IT SUCCEEDS THEN ALL IN CLARE WILL KNOW THAT IT WAS PREVIOUS MANAGERS WHICH DID NOT HELP. AT THE MOMENT THE BASICIS OF FOOTBALL IN CLARE IS EMBARRASSING and the game against Down was a once off before someone comes on here and gets carried away with themselves! Also all of Ireland know that Down are notorious slow starters and can be caught on the hop early in the year by even a very poor team. But thats not saying much so for Clare! Roashter fair point u made but u know what I really meant. the current manager is form Cavan and has no pedigree and not ruthless a bit soft probably like yourself. My point is to get a real ulsterman with passion who hates the Corks and kerry's with passion and who do a fine job on whatever team they train. People like Harte, McEniff, Mc Grath, Tohill, kernan them are the type of steel we require to put a light under the footballers asses of Clare. Then if that doesnt ignite them to play at least whatever bit of doubt I have that there is footballers in Clare (which I think there isnt) will have evaporated. Most people I have spoken to since the game siad last Saturdays game V Down was a big flash in the pan and thats what immediately came to my mind too! Roashter take off the blinkers! And also Roashter if you have the blinkers still on just come out and least admit that you are related to or has ties with the current manager.
