Should have looked to play the international game under lights midweek. No one in their right mind would miss a county final but midweek may have given players a chance to play in both. Byanthon (Tyrone) - Posts: 1792 - 13/10/2013 14:25:57 1500144 Link 0 |
Having the live coverage on TG4 is a disaterous move and suicidal to the series. Liamwalkinstown (Dublin) - Posts: 8166 - 14/10/2013 11:10:20 1500494 Link 0 |
Just like it killed the National league Liam? Or the way it killed the club championship? gotmilk (Fermanagh) - Posts: 4971 - 14/10/2013 11:26:38 1500504 Link 0 |

If people are interested in it Liam they will watch it. And if they've learned Irish in school they will understand quite a lot of hwat is being said. It is not someone explaining the Theory of Relativity! hurlingdub (Dublin) - Posts: 6978 - 14/10/2013 12:14:29 1500542 Link 0 |

Perhaps TG4 have it because RTE didn't want it? Not sure what the viewing figures were for last series but I wouldn't imagine they are expecting a huge audience. Having been in Croke Park for last one I wouldn't watch it myself. Dreadful dogs vomit of a game. hurlingdub (Dublin) - Posts: 6978 - 14/10/2013 13:07:42 1500590 Link 0 |

was looking at an AFL forum and most of the people on it were pretty annoyed it was all aborigines. Some went as far as calling it racist and said they they will likely get abuse from the stands in Ireland. Another thing i noticed was how little people cared about it. The most common question was 'when is it on'. RebelCork (Cork) - Posts: 789 - 14/10/2013 19:54:51 1500836 Link 0 |
23 man Irish squad announced. Only 11 counties represented, and all of them will be playing in divisions 1 &2 next year. Thomas Clarke (Tyrone) - Posts: 1002 - 14/10/2013 20:38:26 1500863 Link 0 |
