I haven't seen anything outside of them saying that the group winners would play the prelim winners. They haven't said which group winners.

The Tailteann Cup has a good prize of home advantage in the quarter-finals. The All-Ireland championship should offer that carrot as well. Home advantage in the quarter-finals or choice of venue meeting certain criteria. Grounds that currently are considered for provincial finals should meet the criteria required for All-Ireland quarter-finals. Interesting point. Donegals border with Derry is much smaller than its one with Tyrone and is mainly the greater Derry city area. I can see Donegal being really up for this though and could cause ye a bit of bother. Derry should have more quality but you never know.
