So you're saying you don't know why New York don't play in the league?

It appears one match f on each round will be on gaa go.

Wexford v Offaly on gaa go from preliminary round.

Leitrim v Antrim from round 1.

They might be leaving Cavan v Down for BBC NI to show depending on the Sam Maguire qualifier draw. Like if Tyrone or Armagh draw Mayo or Cork or Monaghan those would surely by on RTE or Sky.

Would you not like your local USA team to be included given the chance if they could have a competitive team? The Connacht championship game in NY is a great week every year for those in NY and those who travel. Changing times with immigration now sees a NY team with a full panel of players eligible to travel unlike the past. Look at what happened in the Ulster hurling championship the last time NY competed. Also the hard work of the minor board is bearing fruit with numerous American players making the panel and starting 15. Their recent results against Roscommon, Leitrim and Sligo show they have a competitive team. This competition is a great standard for NY and allows them at least one extra game. Failing to see the logistical reason for their bye after having it explained to you is due to your own bias, you'd think you were footing the bill of their flights

Replying To howdareu:  "I think you are mistaken there. the decision to change it was only made recently into North and South and it begs the question as to why this is the case??

Some would say it is to cut down on travelling costs etc, but yet they have New York and London in it and no heed on Kerry having to travel to Donegal or vice versa in league games."
The master fixture list published in December said first round/prelim and Quarter Finals would be in a North and South sections.

The North South thing was in the Master Fixture list published in December 2021

Where did I mention North South? You said all was sorted in December, I show you things that were just sorted this week (and some are even still open to what McCarthy said about them) and such. It wasn't all sorted bro

You were asking why they didn't were you not? Would that mean you asked because you don't know?

Yes, in another capacity. Not in relation to what they said. Can you not read?

Can we move this thread on from complaining about the things done wrong so far to actually talking about it and getting behind the teams?

Not a great endorsement by Wexford GAA for this competition when they played their Leinster championship match against Offaly in Wexford Park and this Sunday they have opted for a club ground.

From fixtures announced by media in April for Championship was clear that RTE showing 3 games (semis and final),these would be only games televised, so wont change now. Sky wont be showing any and BBC showing Ulster championship only, so no surprise now that 3 games only being shown.

GAA go showing one pre lim, one first round and 2 quarters online. then
