Replying To skillet:  "If you can at all, I'd recommend a season ticket for you and your Dad.
It definitely makes life easier getting seats together and is actually really good value at €150. No charge to league games and first 2 munster championship matches.. Cost's €30 on balance."
I agree but if you want to sit together which is totally understandable one of you should buy 2 season tickets instead of getting 2 separate season tickets. That way you can sit together at the games

Three big games ahead at the weekend. Leinster final has Galway favs and the handicap at 2 points which is proabably right on the evidence we've seen so far. However, i went for KK for Leinster at that start of the year and I'll stick with them -just about. The KK team has never looked as unsettled though and its anyones guess who starts. I feel the narrative around Galway is that they have been playing relatively well but the scorebaord hasnt really reflected their perceived dominance. This is a game that could come down to the two goal keepers and Kk have the better one as it stands.

I'm hoping the really good form from Clare continues - they deservedly topped the Munster group. Their 6 backs in particular has been excellent and if they can hurl as well again on Sunday they have a serious chance of an upset (handicap is 5 points). Looking forward to the Duggan-Casey matchup in particular. Duggan has been a really nuisance in every game this year and causes mayhem in there. Kelly could well join him in there where he had them in real trouble the last day. Interested to see the Limerick team that lines out - should they win they have very little room for positional changes going forward. I would have thought Hayes would revert to 7 and Dan could miss out if Kiely feels he cant drop Casey, but without Lynch that will hardly happen on Sunday. I give Clare a right chance but I'll go for Limerick to scrape a 2 point win. Expecting one of the best atmopsheres in years at this one.

The Joe Mac final is also on RTE on Saturday which is great. The relegation play off debate may continue after that but it shouldnt take away from this game. From what I seen of Antrim I'd expect them to have too much for Kerry in this one.

Think I'll go for Galway, Limerick and Antrim Tiobraid.

Clare have gotten many plaudits for their play so far and rightly so. In general have been excellent and there are threats all over the park.
I believe though there is a lot of credit given to their backs but they still have conceded 7 goals in the round robin series. This is in comparison to the 3 conceded by our lads. (Final 2 games were clean sheets) In the previous game between the two sides I'll admit aside from the Hayes goal it was a shut shop. Gillane will be on the next day though and he certainly will pose a big threat. Cork were heavily criticised defensively but they even conceded less goals than Clare in the round robin also.

It's up front that limerick have been lacking cohesion. That's the main area where improvements are required.

Its a lot of goals all right the 2 V Waterford were terribly sloppy and 1 against Tipp Goalie dropped into net .
Limerick backs are best in business options everywhere could bring on English or drop Hayes back.

I imagine Cian Lynch should be ready ? Limerick IMO were at best with Hayes @ 7

G. Hegarty seems to be the one that most raised the Limerick crowd a point from him seems t be worth 2 if he is reasonably well held Clare would have a great chance

Cian Lynch will be a loss, any word on when he'll be back? Is Pat Ryan gone indefinitely?

Never mind my Casey-Duggan match up! Hegarty-McInerney is the big one - to see who stays on the field the longest! Neither of them are going to shy away from the physical stuff and I'd be surprised if McInerney doesnt mark him wherever he goes. Also I think Clare have more options out the field this year so I'd love to see Kelly in on Finn/Nash for the 70 mins.
I've never been a big fan of either county but its been a long time since I've been looking forward to a match, not involvingTipp, as much as this one. Hopefully it lives up to it now. Would love to be in Semple on Sunday.

I never bet against Kilkenny in a final nor will I start now. I think Kilkenny were so bad v Wexford that there has to be a kick. They will feel they left a game behind them and I think they can still be in the (hand) shake up....Kilkenny by 2 points.
I think Limerick will beat Clare. Clare went toe to toe with them without Aaron Gillane who returns. That is worth a few points to me. Limerick by 5+ points
Antrim's previous experience will see them through for me. The treatment of the Kerry hurlers is a disgrace and the Kerry co. board should ask "would we treat the footballers this way". I would love to see them win and rightly take their place in the snobby environment that is the Munster Championship (just don't mention the Munster Football championship where hammerings are fine). Alas it is Antrim by 4 points.

Can't wait for the inevitable controversy out of this game

Ya you could nearly predict something was going to happen in Ennis. Not so sure about Sunday but still very possible somebody will be moaning about something. They'll probably moan either way.
Limerick by 5 (hopefully)

All talk about Kelly and how limerick deal with him..it don't matter who marks him he will score, let closest player to him try and do the job..Clare put up a huge score the last day without him..Clare have to worry about hego, gillane and Tom morrissey(surely a big game on way)..really looking forward to this and as a previous poster says, the controversies to follow..I won't go against my own and fully expect them to come through by 3/4 points, after a thriller..
