Westmeath are a hopeless hurling county, losing by 25 points to Galway a few weeks ago. It just seems Wexford are not great either this year. Fair play to westmeath. Great result and it's important to get these to keep hurling going. We must preserve our wonderful game so the more you can achieve the better. I am disappointed but we have no god given right to win without turning up so we got what we deserved. Disaster for us. We need to clean house and rebuild again. It happened Clare. How good Kilkenny or Galway are will only be revealed when they get to the All-Ireland stage. I think both are a bit off Limerick and Waterford. I'd fancy them all day long in a round robin that included Galway and Kk.
