And just like that the group stages of the Meath hurling championships are over. The quarter finals are fixed for the weekend of September 14th and 15th with some big games to look forward too.

As expected wins for the top two in Group B of the Senior Hurling Championship. Despite their heavy defeat to Ratoath, Killyon advance to the quarter final. Mickey Cole’s charges top the group on score difference. Longwood, Blackhall Gaels and Na Fianna head for the senior B.
Rathmolyon’s draw with Boardsmill put both teams through to the knockout stages of the Intermediate Hurling Championship. The Villagers top the group. Last years winners Kildalkey also advance at the expense of Kilskyre Moylagh.
