League is over, and satisfying from a Cork's supporter's viewpoint. Pretty much same level as Wexford. We even got a few players like Ciarán Joyce on the 2022 League all stars, so have come a long way from the zero all stars we got handed after 2021 All Ireland. Guess this thread is done, league is over!

Rockies if you are talking to limerick supporters who are living in the real world,we know how difficult this year will be..we are top of the heap now but it will come when we fall back down..I'm hoping we hit the ground running again and win another couple of all irelands..Rockies remember I said this year is going to be very difficult..

Dalton is a guy who I've always thought has huge ability, he has never really seemed to take his chances though which is a shame.

Critical thing Rockies is...a Limerick supporter. Don't think the rest of us are in that boat.
Important that people don't forget about Clare who i think have a great chance to get out of Munster and progress

Have to agree Limerick well ahead of pack until we see different Waterford yet to do it in championship and Cork at nothing with their tip tippy hurling and bad full back line

I'll take Limerick getting into the top 3 out of the round robin myself.

Have to agree can't see them beat to be honest Waterford only real threat to them and they still have to deliver in the championship scenario unlike last year and Corks tippy tippy hurling won't suffice come championship.

Hopefully we'll see a few good games. Waterford have the players to deliver, and certainly would be welcomed as first win since 1959. Good league competition, with much more competitiveness than I thought . League winners are forgotten about very quickly!

Championship starts imminently. Not going to criticize Cork too much on last performance. The players gave their all, and that's all I can ask for. It's very easy on an online forum to berate individual players after a bad day. Let's not forget that these players sacrifice a lot to play, and need support not abuse from keyboard warriors. That applies to all counties….Up the rebels!

That's a wonderfully scientific way of assessing which team is likely to win the 2022 hurling championship (or any damn championship).

Just meet any random supporter, from any given county, ask what he/she thinks, and then go with that opinion.

I'll give you, and also respect the fact that you can recall Lar Foley and a Ryan fella being given the line in the early 60's in an important game.

So, I'd be hoping that age isn't getting the better of you now, by making nowhere statements, actually puerile statements, about meeting someone who had an opinion.

And then thinking that that opinion really mattered so much, as to make it public.

Not very "Cork" out of Rockies for sure. Maybe this is going to be the new Corkness- blow smoke up the opponents holes instead of their own ; )

Surprised that my "nothing " post , gleaned such a long drawn out response! Ah well, not worth commenting on… you're no doubt bored down in Florida with the retirees! Best of luck to all the counties involved this year, and hoping for good sporting contests,as going by the league, red cards will be handed out liberally!

Yeah that's one view but what do all the other supporters you know think. I'm pretty sure the answer is very few.

Your assessment are constructive and you don't do sensationalism. Not surprised as some of the best fun I have had over 50 years is among Cork supporters. Never begrudgers. Supporting your county is not bias. We all know the ones who are and thankfully only a few.
