The time to object to the suspension was via the appeal processes and should have been done prior to last match been played. They cannot appeal to High Court. It will have to be the DRA, if they are lodging an appeal. You are correct. It will not change a thing. Even if some appeal process exonerates the player, they cannot replay the match. Slashers lost by a point and objected. CB ruled on it and match was refixed. Dromard then appealed the refixing of the game and now it's finally going ahead. Usually players are on the pitch. I'm not sure what you're referring to or what you're getting at exactly.
