Monaghan GAA thread

Just got watching our u20s last night on stream. I had heard it was a poor showing, Derry very strong etc etc…

Group looks a an utter shambles. I asked the question last week on who made this management appointment and think that had been justified again. The lack of coaching is very evident, this is a talented group make no mistake about it so any underachieving has to be directed towards the coaching team.

How has Counihan and Malone been passed over for the u20s the past 3-4 years? Both had success at minor levels with these exact players.

The Monaghan GAA coaching committee chaired by Pauric Duffy and input from games manager formerly POC apoint under 20 and minor managers. Games manager appoints development squads solely

Minors lost by 18 points today and scored 7 times. Scored 5 times last time out v Armagh. Maybe those asking questions of our coaches on here are right in doing so
