Are you mad? You have zero chance of winning the All Ireland in the next 5 or even 50 years. You're miles off. You haven't a single top forward in the whole county and no midfield either. As for the division 4 stuff! You're on route back to division two. We'll have a local Derby next year. Forget about trying to celebrate anything more meaningful than that.

Brave take thinking you'll pick up any points in Division 2 this year never mind talking about local derbies next year.

Interesting year of club football coming up this year in Monaghan. Senior I think will be dominated by Scotstown again barring a major slip up. Intermediate looking a tasty affair, Ballybay, Aughnamullen, Killany and emyvale all will be fancing their chances. Then you've donaghmoyne who I think will have another mediocre season if reports of young garland moving club is true. Bit of a mixed bag I think. Should be interesting. Then in junior you've drumhowan back down where they belong along with aging currin and Sean's teams. Could be Scotstown year in junior.
