Replying To veterngaa: "Jaysus…" As far as I know Declan Brennan is part of Kevin Nolans management team. They worked together this year with u16 development squad. Kevin would have played under Brennan at Dcu where he managed best young players in the country, some of who won several all ireland. He has reputation of been top class at development players in all aspects of the games plus he has won many senior championships along with intermediate and junior. Congratulations to Drumhowan on making the junior final. Very open game vs Toome. Both teams turned over the ball a lot of times. Massive win for Drumhowan last night, poor quality, but probably 5 or 6 point better team overall... Looked like Toome got on top mid way through second half, but as someone said the other Toome have gone backwards as the year went on. Watched toome and drumhowan on clubber last night, fairly poor game. Lots of stray kickouts, terrible tackling, aimless shots and loosing possession. Junior looks a poor spectacle overall. Even with our foot in two counties/provinces, still 99 fewer townlands than Tedavnet. Despite your protestations of superior coaching, your success is due to weight of numbers.
