Will be a semi finalist team maybe next year but it's hard to improve. Harsh there Jack. Played 3 div 2 teams in a row and then walloped early doors by the best team in the country. Kerry were awesome. Desperately disappointing. We were very nervous at the start and it was always an uphill battle. I was a bit surprised McFadden was dropped. Kerry were very good. Thompson was a big loss - he nits a lot together in attack and has that 2 point threat for the 2nd half. Langan had a poor game when we needed a big one from him. Some of the decision making in the 2nd half was poor - lot of shots taken from just inside the arc which is the worst position to shoot from, especially when behind. Both of the O'Donnells were good and tried very hard but we couldn't really get Mogan, McHugh, Moore, Roarty of Eoghan Ban into the game. Kerry were set up well and tactically better on the day. McCole and Langan so bad. Thompson a big loss. Conor O'Donnell, Gallen and Murphy tried really hard. Hard to understand why Mcguinness didn't start at least one fetching midfielder and taking off Gallen who was playing well for McBrearty who offered nothing was a little baffling.
