Nothing to do with coaching .. but possibly a reality check needed in general . Tradition counts for nothing in these times . The school seems still to be hell bent on making it all about Gaelic football, this resonates with young lads and puts huge pressure on them in 5th and 6th year.. trying to live up to glory years! I mean ffs it's time a step back happened and make it enjoyable again.. I know one young player who has been sick with nerves and flu bugs since early December, he is a leaving cert student his whole life has been about football recently.
