I have heard that Kelly, Comer and Finnerty are unlikely to make it - all the others should be good to go.

If we have none of Kelly Finnerty or Comer then I think we need to make 1 change from the Westmeath game. We need to start a natural inside forward. Be it O'Curraoin Tomo Cunningham or whoever. We can't be trying to put square pegs into round holes by picking lads that aren't natural forwards in the forwards.

They're missing a lot of lads. I think they'll still get it together for the championship.

Park near Clifford Electical, facing home. A bit of a step, not too far, to Markievicz Park but handy to get home from.

Don't park in Sligo Retail Park. Probably plenty of saces but slow to get out of there."
Thanks!

If he is half right he should be at least on bench for last 20. At least he will have another three weeks rest if we win. Huge game Sunday, difficult road if we lose.

Looks like lots of injury worries for Sunday, a win would be massive with us getting a week off and no extra game.
Comer definitely out, Finnerty likely to play but playing with pain, Kelly could be on the bench, Tierney & Conroy haven't trained all week but likely to play.

Will try head up early and grab a sandwich first. If it's possible to park in one place and then walk to the ground that'd be great. Just conscious of small legs getting tired if I'm parked too far away!"
Stop at the Collooney roundabout and get the sandwich and Tay. Then drive past Markievicz Park and hang a left at traffic lights. Park in there and have your Tay and Sambo. When game is over continue through those housing estates and get back on the N17.Its well signposted . That way you will completely miss the traffic around the grounds.

No point in risking players who are not 100% as per last year that will backfire. If we are not good enough to beat Armagh with the players fully fit so be it we move on and await opposition in the preliminary QF.

Fully agree. No point throwing lads who are half fit back into the team just to try and top the group. Let them have the extra week and come back next week if needed in the preliminary game. I wouldn't rule out winning the game without Comer, Kelly and Finnerty anyway.

Team has been named for Sunday;

Gleeson
McGrath, Fitzgerald, Glynn
McHugh, Daly, Silke
Conroy, Kelly
Tierney, Maher, Darcy
Finnerty, Walsh, McDaid

No Comer on the bench. Strong team named but wouldn't be surprised to see Kelly moved to the subs before throw in and Heaney starting instead if he's not 99% right.

Kelly and Finnerty named to start, Heaney a sub. Only Damian missing, he is named on Extended panel.

Strong team named with potential scoring impact from bench. Based on that, I'm giving Galway every chance. Galway 1-20 Armagh 1-17

Did u notice the stand by panel? Is this a new thing? There was always the match day panel and the extended panel. I wonder is this because there are doubts over players for Sunday

It's been there for a couple of years, but it's only recently that I've seen it posted on media . The idea is that if there is fallout before match day the replacements get pulled from the stand by group. I guess this means that there is zero chance of Damo playing any part.
