So even a draw will be enough to make the final. If I'm not mistaken, there's also a possibility of making the final if losing by 1/2 points. It's likely to be at least a three way tie on 8 points if Roscommon/Tyrone win, so a 1/2 point loss would keep us ahead of Kerry and only a small win for Roscommon/Tyrone would also see them stay behind on points difference. I have to say that I am not a fan of goalies coming out the field and I love to see it when they get caught out. However I have to say that I really admire Rafferty. He is a beautiful mover with the ball and seems as comfortable on the ball as any marquee player. You say that your hearts are in your mouths when he leaves the box but how do you think we feel when our man goes rambling? It is probably the definition of pure terror. Any way hard luck on last evenings result I still dont know how we got out of there with the win. I thought ye sat back a bit in the first ten minutes of the second half and that allowed us to get a foot hold in the game. Jack Glynn is a nailed on starter if fit.. We do now have plenty of options in all positions but I wonder should should Power get the game v Kerry. You'd imagine he deserves some game time as I'd say every other player in the panel got time in the league. Well done Tomo yesterday as well, showed really well up front. Power should be given a game. They are not going to drop Gleeson for championship now it seems (although on the flip side he only came into the team late last year when Flaherty got injured in the league final).
