Replying To TheUsername:  "I really hope Kerry or someone emerges as a contender, though i want to win every year, it might not be world ending for Dublin to loose one and i think there is every chance.

We are at the point now, were we have beaten everyone now for a decade, all contenders, all provinces, met every challenge, there is just no one left to beat.

We have lads like Jack McCaffery & Paul Mannion or Dermo who could have went on with 5 or 6 winners medals (could have been more), heaps of all stars and owning most team records in the game, saying what's left to achieve and looking around and doing something different and leaving the game in their mid years.

For me these lads need a competitive challenge, a fight to achieve, if Dublin were knocked of their perch this year, i dont necessarily think it might be world ending and i think these lads could come back and rise to a new challenge. I dont mean for that to sound hubris in anyway, but just trying to understand things from their point of view, who is left to beat or what is left to achieve for the commitment it requires year in, year out."
You hope Kerry emerge as a contender? Well that's lie,

I'd say a lot of dubs wouldn't mind losing the allireland this year as long as it's not to Kerry, I'd say that would gut ye to pieces.

Not as much as it would gut ye to lose to the Dubs. I see the hype below in the KIngdom has ye all fired up again.

I have to say KIngdomBoy that you are becoming increasingly obsessed with the Dubs.
Your posts have become a never ending stream of references to at our lack of character, our beige robots (King Con), the comparative lack of shtyle of the likes of Ciaran Kilkenny, our "joyless narks" (Cluxton), all our advantages etc. etc. ad nauseum.

Ye really don't like us sure ye don't???

All I can say is God love ye.

Avon we've been losing to dublin for 10 years now , but then again so have practically everyone at this stage bar Mayo 2012 and Donegal 2014, so think about that for a few minutes dublin 8 in 10 years and this year will more than likely be 9 in 11 years.

But a strong dublin is good for the gaa or so they say.

Ching ching.

You can admire Dublins achievements but equally find the way they play to be incredibly hard to watch.
Holding the ball for 4/5 minutes without making and attempt to go forward with the ball to kill the game.
Effective yes, Against the rules No, Incredibly hard to watch 100%.

Why has this, again, turned into a Dublin vs Kerry thread?? Cue the usual insults from the usual Dub/Kerry trolls.

100% Fridge, Theres no need for everything to turn into a slagging match.
Maybe I'm getting old but considering the year we've had maybe lads could just cool it a bit.
