I'd agree with this.

Most difficult selection of all the position groups, so many great players to pick from

Had to narrow to six:

Paul Flynn
Ciaran Kilkenny
Ryan McHugh
Conor McManus
Michael Murphy
Bernard Brogan

Honourable mentions in no particular order: Diarmuid Connolly, Paul Geaney, Con O'Callagan, Sean Cavanagh, Mattie Donnelly, Kieran Donaghy, Andy Moran, Dean Rock, Paul Mannion, Aidan O'Shea and Cillian O'Connor, all fantastic players that have given us great moments over the years.
McShane and Clifford have not played enough to be considered imo but no doubting their talent

I moved Moran to the half forwards as he could play anywhere really.

Notable mentions for McManus and Cillian O'Connor, but i would have only one place kicker and you just cant argue with Rock from play, goals and composure in set pieces in pressure moments when there are medals to be won.

Shout out for Andy Moran as well, a couple of seasons when he was probably the best full forward about.

Now we really know how genuine of a poster you really are... typical WUM

Not a single Dublin player in your forward 6 after the Decade we have had, and you also use caps for Donkey....

Says it all pal....

LOL. Nice set of subs there, apart from Murphy that is.

He hasn't picked a single dub in his whole team selection. Gk, defenders, midfielders or forwards. I mean this from a team that won 7 all Irelands form a possible 10 on offer. No team has ever achieved that. Yet he doesn't think they deserve even one player on the team...laughable

And the thing is i don't even think he is a WUM. He's just a bitter, jealous old man

God you'd be surprised how little they rate the Gooch all the same. I would have him above a few named there.

Seen a couple leave out McManus which I find baffling, some of his scores over the years have been outrageous.

Paul Flynn has more all-stars than any of the other half forwards but, brilliant though he was, I wouldn't actually rate him as highly as those 3. Cooper has missed out on most lists, but he did win 3 all-stars in the decade, and was dazzling at CHF for a couple of years. Connolly and Kilkenny had similar physical attributes to Flynn, but they were both better on the ball, so they get my nod.

In the full-forwards, Andy Moran misses out, but I can't find a place for him ahead of the 3 best inside forwards of the last decade.
