Yep, would love to be wrong but Dublin back in the decider by 5 or 6 I reckon.

I really cannot understand the hype around Mayo. A terrible Donegal display last Saturday and they still almost win. The Championship needed Dublin v Donegal...... Intensity win it not Quality so all i can see is a Dublin win possibly 10 points +

Donegal almost won?

Which game was that? Was there a challenge match beforehand. Donegal were well beaten.

Hype around Mayo????. I am living in the county and have not noticed the hype you are talking about. The team is well supported and Mayo supporters will travel in their thousands next saturday like they have done all year and for the last few years. There is no hype just support for the team.

Loving the bitter posters. Mayo should have lay down and let another team have a crack at the Dubs. Sorry you weren't good enough to win. Mayo were awful against Meath and still won as comfortably as Donegal did against the same opposition. Delusional to think Donegal would have a better chance against Dublin.

Is it true that Donegal are bringing a motion to congress to get all there super 8 games played at home in 2020. They didnt make semi finals in 2018 as they had to play 2 games in Croke Park and in 2019 they lost out because they had last game away.

I disagree with this in terms of the championship needed Donegal v Dublin. Mayo are the only team to even get close to Dublin over the past 5 years. I think the only team that can seriously mount the sustained intensity required has previously been Mayo and it remains to be seen whether they still have it in them. However last Saturday proved they still have more than Donegal.
If Donegal had that intensity, they have no shortage of quality players, however that can be said about all of the teams in the last four as well.
I think this match up is the best chance of a close contest with Dublin and even then might not be enough to stay close if the Dubs put in a 70 minute performance.
If Donegal had beaten Mayo in Castlebar, then I think it would be fair for you to say it's the best match up, however as they were well beaten on the day, despite only the 4 point deficit belying that, I don't think you can make that call.

A few Dubs I work with, usually very cocky around their chances, are slowly but surely developing a slight fear and weariness as we get closer to Saturday.
One lad has gone from a 10 point win to being happy with a 3 point win
I reckon by tomorrow he'll be just happy with the win
For the record, this lad is the same with horses around Cheltenham. I've never played poker with him but I reckon he'd be easy to read!!

How are the rest of the Dubs on here feeling? Confident still or is there any doubt creeping in???

No doubt at all for me anyway and this will be a Dublin win by 6-9 pts. Weather may be a little bit of a leveller but overall given the short turnaround for Mayo, couple of injury worries they have and Dublin having by far the stronger bench I think this one will be over as a contest by the hour mark.

Dublin to win easily. Mayo are a spent force. They will be well beaten in the second half. They need 2 weeks to recover, and only got one. Also Croke park is Dubs home.

Dublin to win this.

The one week gap will be nowhere near enough when you consider the fact that Mayo put everything they had into beating Donegal wheras the Dublin Tyrone game was nothing more than an exhibition.
