No jack o connor, Ryan, charlie, c Byrne Dunbar, molloy or DoK. Subs not as strong as I taught they would be. But if your missing these lads then they are a loss

I like that team. Do think there could be one or two changes before 2pm Sunday. Maybe Cian Byrne starts?

Not sure if Casey is suitable at 14. He may well be unable to get the better of o'donnell. I would imagine that he may be played in the corner and Richie or Rory at full.
Surprised that Conor Foley is persisted with at full back. I thought OHanlon would have managed better against o'sullivan.
The rest of the team looks strong with Rory and Mogie back to full fitness.
We will have to play our fast running game and avoid high dropping balls to our small forwards.
Chin would of course be okay aeriialy but he's our only forward that has the height and physicality to perform that way.
Jacko must be injured again. (They kept that quiet)
Maybe it's a recent injury in fairness.
The key to victory will boil down to converting a high percentage of scoring chances and not giving away too many silly frees.

On paper it's fairly strong alright.

I think our half-forward is going to struggle massively but when is that not the case I suppose. Chin is the only real target there which will make us super predictable on puckouts if Dublin push up and don't allow us to go short.

I imagine we will set up as we have all season. There's not going to be anyone standing next to O'Donnell waiting around for a ball to drop out of the sky. Not Casey or anyone else! There will be positional changes all over the pitch, and probably a personnel change or 2. There always are!

Rory and Richie are both excellent at winning a ball in the air also.

Richie and Rory are well able to win their own ball.

It's to be a fine say, so I'd be expecting diagonal ball into the corners which has worked really well so far.

We only really got found out against Cork on a miserable day when they were at championship pace

I'd imagine Dublin have Chris Crummey down to mark Chin.

Two big strong fast men & both good in the air.

The big thing for me is not conceding lots of sloppy unnecessary frees because as we've spoken about before, Donal Burke is up there with TJ Reid at the frees.

That's a lot when you see it listed. Bench weaker as a result. Pity but its about who we have now

Btw what's the story with Oisin Foley? I happened to be watching highlights from last years' game against Kilkenny, he was good in that game. Is he injured long term or gone travelling?

Wexford need to get a number of things right on Sunday to get the win. Im gonna focus on 3 of them.

Discipline - we are giving too many frees away and Donal Burke will hit 99% of them. We need to be smarter in the tackle , this was an issue in the league so hopefully they've addressed it.

Goals - I thnk we need to go after goals , the last few years Dublin grow into the game the longer they are left in it. Year after year KK kill them with goals , no reason we can't do the same. Casey is a new addition for championship and he has a real eye for goal added to Rory, Chin etc. It's a confidence thing with Wexford - we need to throw off the shackles and go after the Dubs.

Puckouts- I thnk the use of our own puckout can vary hugely - Fanning can't blast 3 or 4 over the sideline as he tends to do. If we aren't winning them clean we have to match Dublin on breaking ball. We've lost these battles too often to them in the past.

Let's hope for a big start on Sunday which is as big a game as Limerick Clare and Cork Waterford in the context of the championship and final placings etc

10 of our named starters started the game against Cork. The lads who didnt are Richie Lawlor, Lee Chin, Rory O Connor, Mogie and Niall Murphy. Significant upgrades. Lads missing to come back who are likely to start include Jippo and Dee while possible starters include Jacko, CBD, Patsy and Charlie. So both the starting team and bench should hopefully get better as the Championship progresses, once we don't pick up more injuries.
