Dervan back for Galway

Galway's Conor Dervan
Conor Dervan will make his first appearance for Galway since 2008 when the Tribesmen take on Tipperary this Sunday in Division One of the National Hurling League.

The Mullagh defender, who was not apart of the Galway squad last season, has returned from a 12-week suspension and will start at right half-back in place of Donal Barry, while James Skehill takes over in goal from Colm Callanan.

John McIntyre's team travel to Thurles this weekend in search of a third win in as many games in the league against a Tipp side which are fresh from putting All-Ireland champions Kilkenny to the sword.
