Tickets for the Club Rossies membership draw are available now, anyone interested in supporting Roscommon GAA please contact any club officer or member for details. The junior team were defeated by Elphin in the Tansey Cup last Sunday in Elphin; they play St Barry's next weekend in Tarmonbarry. The senior team play Shannon Gael's in the O'Gara cup next Sunday at 2pm in Croghan. The minor boys defeated St Aidan's last Tuesday in the league in O'Rourke Park. They play Eire Og in Loughlynn on Tuesday 08th April at 6-45pm. The u16 boys defeated Elphin in the league on Friday last in Elphin. They play Kilbride in O'Rourke Park next Monday at 6-45. The ladies u16 team were defeated by Oran on w/e 30th March despite leading at half time; they lost to St Croan's last Sunday in O'Rourke Park. They play St Faithleach's next weekend in O'Rourke Park. The ladies intermediate team play Ballinameen in O'Rourke Park next weekend. Castlerea ladies hosted group three of the under 12 blitz on Saturday last with teams from Castlerea St Kevin's, Eire Og, St Croan's and Michael Glavey's competing in a very successful mornings football. The 25 card drive continues next Sunday night 13th April at 8-30pm in the O'Rourke centre. There was no winner of the lotto jackpot of €4,000 on Friday 04th, April. Numbers drawn on the night were 9, 19, 22 and 28. €40 winners on the night were Michael Daire, Paul Donoghue, Shirley Fleming, and Aine Brennan. Next week's jackpot is €4,100 and the draw takes place in The Forge on Friday night 11th April. We would appreciate your support in this large project.
