If you have any unwanted clothing, shoes, curtains or blankets the club are still doing 'cash for clobbers' Bags can be found in the club. Please put your bags into the hut at the back of the club or contact Maria McNally and she will pick them up for you

Thanks to everyone who helped out at the boxing Friday 26th. For the door men and bar tenders who had a lot of people to keep happy. To the community centre for letting us use the facilities. The ring girls, referee and corner men. And finally to all the boxers, you took your punches and give as good as you got. The 'Ballyphilip Barbarians did us proud'. There will be a few sore faces for the next few days. It was a very successful night and very enjoyable. Lets hope there is a Round 2 against the 'Irish Lions'. Thanks again to everyone

There is still plenty of time but just to keep you updated, Cul Camp Registration Forms are now available from Mary Jo Mallon and Karol Keating you can also register online at Kellogg's cul camps but only for the cul camp not the nursery camp. Please note the nursery camp is for children going in to P2 and P3 in September. Portaferry's cul camp takes place in august Monday 16th August - Friday 23rd August.

If you have order any kids jerseys they are now available for collection with Gemma O'Neill. There are also adult socks available until stocks last.

No winners form Portaferry this month in the Down Club draw. Thanks for all your support, its much appreciated
