Pat Roe has stepped down after two successful seasons in charge of Portarlington.

The former Laois, Offaly and Wexford manager delivered back-to-back Laois SFC titles during his time at the helm. Portarlington also racked up wins over Old Leighlin and Naomh Máirtin in this year’s Leinster club SFC before suffering an eight-point defeat to Athy at the semi-final stage.

The McCann Park outfit are now seeking a new manager as they turn their thoughts towards completing a second three-in-a-row of Jack Delaney Cups this decade.
