The Wexford SHC quarter-final pairings have been confirmed following last weekend’s preliminary quarter-finals.

Holders St Martin’s have been drawn against Oulart-The Ballagh, who defeated Oylegate-Glenbrien in a dramatic penalty shootout last Friday night after extra-time had failed to separate the teams. Meanwhile, Ferns St Aidan’s reward for their late heroics against Shelmaliers – they scored 1-2 in stoppage time to snatch victory from the jaws of defeat – is a last-eight meeting with Lee Chin’s Faythe Harriers.

The quarter-finals in all hurling grades will be played on the weekend after next.

SHC: Rathnure v Glynn-Barntown; St. Martin’s v Oulart-The Ballagh; Faythe Harriers v Ferns St. Aidan’s; St. Anne’s v Naomh Éanna.

IHC: Buffers Alley v Horeswood; Cloughbawn v Tara Rocks; St. James’ v Askamore; Liam Mellows v Fethard.
