Kerry's 1997 All-Ireland champions were honoured as the 25th anniversary jubilee winning team before the county's All-Ireland SFC final clash against Galway at Croke Park today.
Captained by Liam Hassett and managed by the late Páidí Ó Sé, the Kingdom claimed their first All-Ireland success in 11 years at Mayo's expense with a 0-13 to 1-7 victory.
The traditional jubilee ceremony at Croke Park also included the successful Dublin 1995 and Meath 1996 sides after Covid-19 restrictions had denied them that honour on the 25-year anniversary of their triumphs.
