Ger Loughnane has concerns about Limerick's quality and how they will cope in front of a crowd of 75,000 when they face Cork for a place in the All-Ireland SHC final on Sunday.

"I'm still not convinced that Limerick have enough to be winners this year," he wrote in his Irish Daily Star column.

"True, they are brilliantly coached and organised but, personnel-wise, I don't think they have enough quality for the business-end of the championship.

"Limerick have produced some of the highlights of the summer. In their last game with Kilkenny, there was a calmness and maturity to them that belies their inexperience. How Limerick deal with the Croke Park factor is another huge challenge.

"Their attitude and exhuberence really appeals to me, but there's something different about Cork this year. They look like a team on a mission."

The RTE pundit isn't ruling out the possibility of a Treaty win, especially if Cork captain Seamus Harnedy isn't fit to play.

"Cork should find a way to win but, if Harnedy is injured, then Limerick can triumph," he added.
