Sam Duncan makes his first championship start in one of two changes to the Westmeath team to play Armagh in Mullingar on Saturday.

The Miltownpass U21 star is handed the number twelve jersey with St Loman's playmaker Kelvin Reilly another new addition to the attack at corner-forward following last Sunday week's 31-point demolition by Dublin in the Leinster final.

Making way are Alan Gaughan and Callum McCormack, while, notable positional switches see Kieran Martin move to the '40' and regular defender Killian Daly included at corner-forward.

Meanwhile, manager Tom Cribbin has kept an unchanged defence despite shipping 4-29 against the Dubs in a record championship defeat.

Westmeath (All-Ireland SFC v Armagh): Darren Quinn; Mark McCallon, Kevin Maguire, Jamie Gonoud; David Lynch, Frank Boyle, James Dolan; Paul Sharry, Ger Egan; John Egan, Kieran Martin, Sam Duncan; Kelvin Reilly, John Heslin, Killian Daly.

Subs: Stephen Gallagher, Boidu Sayeh, Noel Mulligan, Shane Corcoran, Alan Stone, Alan Gaughan, Callum McCormack, Denis Glennon, Alex Gardiner, Finbar Coyne, Tommy McDaniel.
