New Laois senior football manager Peter Creedon has added two selectors to his backroom team.

Creedon has appointed Stradbally's Gary Kavanagh and Kieran Kehoe (O'Dempsey's) to the management team.

The new manager was keen to bring in someone from within the county to be part of the set up.

For the past two seasons, Kavanagh who is the son of county board chairman Gerry, has been manager of Ballylinan.

Meanwhile, at minor level Mark Rooney is being replaced by Ballyroan Abbey's Noel Delaney as he steps up from under-16 level.

Billy Delaney and Seamus Lalor will also be part of the minor management team.
