Raharney will have to wait until Wednesday night to discover the identity of their Westmeath SHC final opponents after champions Clonkill and Castletown-Geoghegan couldn't be separated in yesterday's semi-final.

While Raharney accounted for Lough Lene Gaels by 1-20 to 1-13, Clonkill and Castletown must meet again under lights in Kinnegad on Wednesday (throw-in 8pm) after they fought out a 1-18 each draw at TEG Cusack Park. Clonkill led by 1-9 to 0-9 at half-time, but Johnny Pilkington's charges stormed back to take the lead late on, only for Eoinie Price to equalise.

Top-scorer Niall O'Brien missed a free six minutes into injury-time to win it for the resurgent black and ambers, who had failed to impress in the group stages.

In the second part of the double-header, Raharney took full advantage of county full back Tommy Doyle's straight red card early in the second half to run out comfortable winners after trailing by 0-6 to 1-7 at the break, with Mark McNicholas finding the net for Lough Lene Gaels.
