Clare starlet Keelan Sexton will take his head out of the books for a few hours today to line out at centre forward for Clare against Kerry.

The Ennistymon CBS student is in the middle of sitting his Leaving Cert, but will face an entirely different exam against the Kingdom in today's Munster SFC semi-final at

Fitzgerald Stadium. Sexton, from the Kilmurray-Ibrickane club, scored two points in the quarter-final win over Limerick and is a key man for the Banner as they bid to repeat their famous Munster final triumph of 1992.

Another Leaving Cert student, Kyle Cawley, could also see action today for Sligo in their Connacht SFC semi-final against Roscommon.
