Greville expected to win

Galway's Iarla Tannian and Robbie Greville of Westmeath
Westmeath's 17-year-old half forward Robbie Greville genuinely expected to beat Galway in last Sunday's Leinster SHC quarter-final at Cusack Park.
Raging hot favourites Galway had 10 points to spare at the finish, but the Lake County could still take a lot of positives from their spirited performance.
"I'm very disappointed to be honest. I was hoping we would win the game," admitted Greville, who was joined in the Westmeath attack by fellow minor Niall O'Brien, who scored 2-7.
"There is great belief in this squad and we were buzzing around Thursday night at training and I was expecting that we would win this game, so I am very disappointed to be honest."
The Raharney youngster added that it was a great experience for him to play against one of the top teams in the country.
"It was a huge step-up playing against Galway. I was marking Fergal Moore and he is a seasoned player and a very tight marker. I found it very tough, but it is these games you want and this is the level you want to be playing at.
"I'm delighted to be playing at that level at this stage. We are playing Wexford now on June 23 and that game is the perfect draw for us and it will drive us all on. Now that we are at this level, we want to keep playing at it."
