Glennon injury not serious

Westmeath's David Glennon
David Glennon will be available for Westmeath's All-Ireland qualifier campaign after suffering a neck injury scare during last Sunday's heartbreaking Leinster SFC defeat to Louth.
There were fears that the Tyrrellspass attacker sustained a serious injury when he landed awkwardly following a heavy challenge by Louth corner back Gerard Hoey in the second half. After a lengthy stoppage, he was stretchered from the Páirc Tailteann pitch in a spinal brace but was released from hospital on Sunday night.
Ironically, Louth's winning goal was scored during the eight minutes of injury-time that was added on by referee Martin Higgins at the end of the game.
Meanwhile, Pat Flanagan's midfield options are set to be boosted by the return of Mullingar Shamrocks clubman Denis Corroon from the US. The former U21 captain missed the Allianz League campaign, but is expected to re-join the Lake County squad ahead of the first round of the All-Ireland qualifiers on June 30.
