Grugan included in strong Armagh side

Armagh U21 manager Brian McAlinden has named a strong side for Wednesday night's Ulster Championship opener against Derry at Celtic Park.

McAlinden's line-up includes seven of those who lifted the county's first All-Ireland minor title in 60 years in 2009, including current senior star Grugan, who has started all three of Armagh's games in Division 1 of the Allianz National League.

The other six 2009 heroes are Declan McKenna at full back, centre back Niall Rowland, midfield pair Peter Carragher and James Donnelly and forwards Andrew Murnin and Gavin McParland.

Throw-in at Celtic Park takes place at 8pm.
