Today’s Fermanagh and Wicklow senior football championship finals have been called off due to the poor weather conditions caused by Storm Ashley.
The Fermanagh decider which was meant to take place at Brewster Park at 2pm between Enniskillen Gaels and Erne Gaels Belleek has now been refixed for Sunday, October 27th.
Baltinglass and Tinahely had been down to meet in the Wicklow final at 3pm at Echelon Park, but that game has now been postponed and refixed for 3pm next Saturday, October 26th at the Aughrim venue.
It comes after decisions were taken yesterday to postpone today’s scheduled Mayo SFC, Clare SHC and Sligo SHC final finals as a result of the anticipated adverse weather conditions.
