Eight different clubs from seven different counties and four different provinces triumphed at last Saturday’s All-Ireland Scór na nOg finals in the Hillgrove Hotel, Monaghan.
Acts from Ulster and Munster won three All-Irelands each, with Leinster and Connacht claiming one each. Donegal’s Naomh Columba won the Quiz, Niamh Noade from Mullaghbawn in Armagh was crowned Solo Singing champion, while Enniskillen Gaels clinched the Novelty Act title.
Newcastle from Tipperary prevailed in the Figure Dancing, while there was a Kerry double in the Ballad Group and Set Dancing where Glenflesk and Spa came out on top. Alanna Corroon brought home the Recitation to The Downs in Westmeath, while Claregalway of Galway were crowned Instrumental Music winners.
