O'Callaghan and Mannion on fire as Dublin SFC quarter-final line-up confirmed

Con O’Callaghan scored 0-12 for Cuala as they blitzed Lucan Sarsfields by 4-27 to 0-14 at O’Toole Park to set up a Dublin SFC quarter-final meeting with Skerries Harps.

The Dublin captain’s impressive tally included four two-pointers as the 2025 All-Ireland club champions finished top of Group 4. Cuala’s southside rivals Kilmacud Crokes are also through to the knockout stages after Paul Mannion bagged 1-13 in a 1-19 to 1-14 win over Ballinteer St John’s. Crokes, who were once again without the injured Shane Walsh, needed to win by five points to advance to a quarter-final against Ciaran Kilkenny’s Castleknock.

In Group 1, Castleknock and holders Ballyboden St Enda’s each scored five goals in comfortable wins, with the latter putting 5-12 past St Oliver Plunkett’s/Eoghan Ruadh.

‘Boden will face Clontarf in the last-eight, while Thomas Davis take on Ballymun Kickhams, who claimed the last quarter-final spot with a 1-20 to 1-13 win over St Jude’s at Parnell Park. Fiach Andrews and Dean Rock scored 1-3 and 0-6 respectively for the Seamus O’Shea-managed Kickhams, who advanced as Group 4 winners.
