Galway will have home fixtures in both the Leinster U20 and Minor Hurling Championships for the first time this year.
Leinster Council has released its 2025 championship fixtures and, for the first time since joining the province’s U20 championship seven years ago, Galway will have home advantage when they face All-Ireland champions Offaly at Duggan Park, Ballinasloe on Saturday, April 5. Their other game in the Tier 1 group is away to Laois on Saturday, March 29. All three teams in the group will progress to the knockout stages, with the third-placed team having to settle for a preliminary quarter-final on Wednesday, April 23.
The second-placed team will progress to a quarter-final on Monday, May 5, while the group winner will qualify directly for a semi-final on Wednesday, May 14. The final will be played on Wednesday, May 21.
Galway are also in Tier 1 at minor level, having only joined the Leinster Championship two years ago. They are away to Dublin on Saturday, April 19 and Kilkenny on Saturday, April 26 before hosting Wexford in their final group match on Saturday, May 3.
All four teams in the group progress to the knockout stages with the third- and fourth-placed teams playing quarter-finals on Saturday, May 10, while the top-two qualify directly for the semi-finals on Saturday, May 17. The Leinster MHC final is fixed for Saturday, May 24.
