Former Dublin forward Tomás 'Mossy' Quinn has been appointed as the new CEO of League of Ireland champions Shelbourne.
Shels announced on Wednesday that Barry Mocke had departed the role and thanked him for his contributions throughout the year.
Yesterday saw the Tolka Park club confirming that 2011 All-Ireland SFC winner Quinn would take over as Mocke’s from the start of April.
Quinn, who also won seven Leinster SFC titles during his playing career, has been Dublin GAA’s Commercial and Marketing Director since 2013.
"I'm thrilled to join Shelbourne FC at such an exciting time in the club's journey," he stated.
"I'm looking forward to working with the board, the staff and the fans to build on last year's achievements and taking a leadership role in continuing to lay the foundations for many years of future success and stability."
He added: "Coming in to the club at this time in its illustrious history is a privilege and it is an immense honour to lead this Dublin institution as CEO."
