Con O'Callaghan has been cleared to line out for Cuala in Saturday evening's Leinster Club SFC quarter-final against Naas after having his red card rescinded.

The Dublin star was sent off in the 55th minute of the Dalkey club's historic Dublin SFC final victory over Kilmacud Crokes last month and was due to serve a one-match suspension. But he used video evidence at a hearing last night to have the red card overturned.

The news is a huge boost to the newly-crowned Dublin champions as it means their highly-decorated dual star will be available for their first foray into the Leinster Club SFC.
