Seniors
The Offaly Seniors continued their good start to 2025 on Saturday when they made it three wins out of three when the overcame a tough challenge from Meath in Glenisk O'Connor Park.
Next up they will play Carlow on 22 March where a win will guarantee their place in this year's Division 2A Final.
Under 16s
The Offaly Under 16 girls took on Wexford in the All Ireland Under 16A Shield in Banagher on Sunday. The two teams had met already this year when Offaly dispatched the Wexford challenge with some ease winning 3-12 to 1-2.
On Sunday however it was a much changed Wexford team with only 5 girls starting that started the previous game. This was reflected in the Wexford performance with the game being a much tighter affair. While Offaly did build up a lead in the first half, Wexford reeled Offaly back and the teams were level at half time at 1-6 each.
Offaly got off to a good start in the second half and hit 3 unanswered points and while Wexford did narrow the lead to a point mid way through the half, Offaly kicked on and saw the game out winning on a scoreline of 1-14 to 1-9
