Eleven Meath Cumann na mBunscol hurling and camogie titles were up for grabs on Friday and Saturday at Lomans Park Trim.
Cannistown claimed the Meath Cumann na mBunscol Division 2 crown with five points to spare over St. Pauls Navan in this highly entertaining hurling final.
Goals from Séamus Tobin and Tom Dorrigan helped the team in Black and amber to a 2-4 to 0-3 interval lead. The impressive St. Pauls captain Niall Sweeney accounted for all of his sides scores and despite his five points in the second half Cannistown with a brace from Seamus McKeigue and one from Tom Travers held on to secure the silverware.
After the game Catríona Moran presented the Zak Moran Memorial Cup to Cannistown joint captains Micheál Smyth and Eoin O'Brien.
